When you upload a PhonePe statement, the file is temporarily transmitted to our secure backend server for processing. This processing is required to generate graphs, summaries, and calculations.

We do not store, save, log, or retain uploaded files or the generated outputs after processing is complete. Files exist only for the duration necessary to generate results and are then discarded.

2. Data Retention

We do not maintain databases of user-uploaded statements.

Uploaded files are not permanently stored in:

• Application databases
• File storage systems
• Application logs

Processing is transient and limited strictly to generating requested results.

3. Cookies and Tracking

MoneyTools.in does not use cookies for tracking financial data.

We do not embed advertising trackers.

If basic hosting-level or infrastructure analytics are enabled (such as anonymous traffic statistics), they do not collect or process financial statement content.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share user-uploaded financial data with any third party.

Uploaded files are used solely for generating the output requested by the user.

5. Security

We use secure transmission protocols (HTTPS) to protect data during transfer.

While we take reasonable technical measures to safeguard data during processing, users should understand that no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and process the files you submit.

7. Limitation of Liability

MoneyTools provides informational summaries and visualizations. We do not guarantee financial accuracy and are not responsible for financial decisions made based on generated outputs.
